Our Philosophy
In an era where digital technology evolves rapidly, learning programming is more than just acquiring a vocational skill. It is a fundamental literacy required to understand global changes and actively participate in society.
Our philosophy is to transform students from "consumers of technology" into "creators" and "entrepreneurs."
From the Tech Frontier
After graduating, I worked as a Product Manager at fast-growing tech companies like Meitu (2011-2017) and Kuaishou (2017-2019). I led development teams of dozens, gaining extensive experience in product planning, project management, and mentoring new employees.
Working on the front lines with talented engineers and entrepreneurs inspired me to become independent and create my own value, leading me to start as a freelance IT consultant in 2020.
A Mother's Perspective
I was impressed by Japan during a trip in 2014 and noted its strong intellectual property protection and educational environment. The quiet, safe, and clean atmosphere felt perfect for raising a family.
Becoming a mother this year made me think deeply about the environment for my child's growth. COGITERA is the answer to "What kind of education do I want for my own child?"
Resources & Tools
We use a practical and systematic curriculum based on teaching experience at top US private high schools.
Languages
Many of our students attend international schools. Learning programming in English is the most efficient way and connects directly to future practice.
Competitive Programming
Courses for competitive programming such as JOI and USACO are currently under development. Scheduled to launch in 2027.
